Are you ready to delve into the fascinating world of olive oil? We'll meet at your chosen time at the LA Organic Estate, located in Ronda's outskirts, and start touring its vast grounds.
We'll first view a photo exhibition while we tell you a little bit about the history behind olive grove cultivation. Afterwards, we'll walk to the greenhouse where we'll enjoy a short video screening and then we'll see the machinery that houses this space. We'll also learn all about olive mills and their role in the process.
The visit will continue through LA Organic's orchards and farms. We'll see fruit gardens, organic vineyards and, of course, the olive grove path. Here, we'll spot up to 20 different varieties of the olive grove, many being Spanish and others from Greece and Portugal.
Lastly, we'll enter the tasting area to taste different varieties of this 'liquid gold' and learn how to detect its many different flavours.
After 1 hour and 15 minutes, we'll finish the tour, now as experts on the prize jewel of Mediterranean's gastronomy.
